As the breath and depth of medical knowledge expands it becomes ever more important to take shock from time to time. The clinician must be familiar with advances in the basic sciences as well as in clinical practice, if what is really sound and useful is to be assimilated and applied. Last year I have had a chance of looking around many institutes several united Hospitals when I was invited at 121st AMA convention. I would depicting major events and recent prevailing clinical approach among the extensive changes in the obstetric and gynecological fields.
